Today is “Bring Your Bible to School Day,” an annual student-led movement that allows students across the nation to celebrate religious freedom and share God’s love with friends. The event is designed to empower students to express their belief in the truth of God’s Word, and do so in a respectful way that demonstrates the love of Christ. Participation is voluntary.

This morning at 9:30am in the Sanctuary we celebrate Palm Sunday with a worship service and Holy Communion. Palm Sunday marks the beginning of Holy Week. This day inaugurates the most important week of the Christian year, beginning with Jesus’ glorious entry into Jerusalem and ending with his crucifixion and death. Palm Sunday commemorates Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem. In the days following Palm Sunday, the crowd's joyful welcome of Christ changes, and they begin to call for his death.

Today after our morning worship service this Easter Sunday, Youth Ministry is hosting our annual Easter Egg Hunt. All are welcome. Our older youth will be assisting. We invite all youth to join us for fun, friendship, and a celebration of the Risen Christ! Children should bring a basket or other container to collect their eggs.

Enjoy a tasty Easter breakfast in the Christian Life Center after our morning worship services. Come and join us for great food and fellowship! Volunteers are needed and welcome. Come have a blessed Easter meal.
